Return policy:

We will accept return of any unused candles after 60 days of purchase. If you already lit the candles and are unhappy for any reason, please Email us

We do not share any information and we do not keep any information about our customers on the Internet. We will NEVER send you an unsolicited Email. We do not keep credit card information on file, but we are able to give a refund within 60 days from a secure server. Our data processing is encrypted and secure.

Shipping charges:
We offer shipping via UPS and US post office. Please note, local deliveries (Nashville area) may be free of charge and the shipping charge will be deducted from your total amount due.

Shipping schedule:

Our shipping schedule depends on the number of orders processed and time of order receipt.
If you need an order on a certain date, please be sure to mention this when you place the order.
Our standard shipping date is 1 - 3 days from receipt of order. Between October and December our shipping time may increase. We will update our pages to reflect our current shipping schedule. Transit time depends on method of shipping and destination. UPS ground service is next day in the Tennessee area and 2 - 3 days for other regions and 5 day to the West Coast.
